Twenty-Two Years of Expertise Prior to off-site property management, Gina served for three years as an on-site resident manager in San Diego where she learned first-hand what it takes to keep a property running smoothly – around the clock. She developed high standards early on and for the past twenty years has applied them to managing more than 1,000 units in the San Fernando Valley and Greater Metro Los Angeles, as well as 200 units in San Diego. She now dedicates her time to the greater Simi Valley, Moorpark and ConejoValley areas.
Gina is a Licensed Real Estate Broker who continually enhances her knowledge of the real estate field and business world. She has participated in Housing and Urban Development’s Landlord/Tenant Dispute/Resolution training workshop and has completed the following Real Estate courses:

An Active Community Member Gina has been an active Simi Valley resident since 1994. Outside of property management, Gina enjoys participating in her sons’ school and extra-curricular activities. She has served as Commissioner with the Area Housing Authority for the County of Ventura and on the Simi Valley High School PTSA, and in past years held the elected offices of 1st Vice President and 2nd Vice President.
Additionally, she cherishes the time she gives to the Boys and Girls Club, where she has served on the Annual Auction Committee the past several years and Baseballers Against Drugs annual auction dinner.
